What's the difference between Dalatmilk pasteurized and UHT milk?
Pasteurized milk is heat-treated at 72–75°C for 15 seconds, preserving natural flavor and nutrients. UHT milk is processed at 135–150°C — it lasts longer but loses some micronutrients. Dalatmilk pasteurized milk must be stored at 2–6°C and consumed within 10 days.
